How Do Preorders work?

Preordering super-hot garments is one way to guarantee that you will be the first to get your item, as soon as it is back in stock.

When will I receive my Preorder?

Pre-ordered garments are for items currently out-of-stock, but currently in production. Because of this, it takes a little longer to arrive than items in-stock (approximately 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the item. We will always update you, as to when your new fabulous outfit will arrive.

How do your sizes fit?

Please refer to our size guides, which will be linked under each fabulous item. If you are not happy with the fit, we will gladly exchange it for a better fit. We want you to look amazing.

How are items shipped?

Your order will arrive in a beautifully crafted Muddo box and a weather sealed bag. A quality inspection is completed, prior to shipping, to ensure that your order is perfect.

How long does shipping normally take?

Shipping takes approximately 3 to 7 days, within the United States. International shipping times will vary. We will make every effort to ensure that items are delivered as quickly as possible. You will receive email shipping updates.

Can I return an item or exchange an item?

Yes, you may return unused items, with original packaging, for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. We will send you a postal return label, via email. Once we receive the item, we will issue a refund. You may also wish to request an exchange. Please refer to our full refund policy at the very bottom of this page or contact us with any questions.
